The absolute best choice!

I am extremely happy with Robert Malove and staff. My son in college was charged with a dui. I did my due diligence to find a great attorney at a reasonable price. Every review site has Robert listed as a top attorney. My wife, son and I met with Robert. He is very personable and was to the point.... We discussed a game plan with his many years of experience. (Btw, he knows the judges and states atty's) Long story short, my sons has a wreckless driving charge which we will get sealed. My son learned a very valuable lesson and I am glad I trusted my son's future in the hands of Robert Malove. I trusted Robert Malove and I am extremely happy that I did.

Very Experienced and Professional Defense Attorney

Our family was in need of an experienced attorney to represent our son. Understandably, we were fraught with worry about our son's future as it was a first offense and due to his age. After searching online and doing due diligence, we decided on Robert. He has the years and knowledge of Broward and ...Florida State courts that made us feel at ease. After calling Robert, he quickly set up a meeting with us to discuss our case. He quickly put us at ease and told us, he would handle it from there. That was a great feeling when you have trust in your attorney. It takes loads off your mind about the situation. In the coming months, Robert and his staff took care of any calendar calls, updates, etc. We were kept apprised of each step of the process and in the end, Robert and his associate, Carlos, were able to reach a deal with the State Attorney's office to reduce the felony charge to misdemeanor as well as have another charge dropped. My son had no time, no probation and only made restitution. What a great feeling to walk out of the courthouse knowing it was all behind us! Thanks to Robert, his staff and associate attorney and their great work. As part of our agreement, Robert offers to have the case sealed in future with no added fee.

Wrongfully Accused of Domestic Violence

I was wrongfully accused of domestic violence and found myself in a position where my life could potentially be affected forever. Robert was awesome, he made me feel calm and assured me he would do his best to get everything dropped. He was able to get all the charges dropped in about 3 weeks, and ...is now in the process of getting my record expunged and sealed.

Excellent service!

Just before new year I was jailed for domestic violence. Day after I was released and I searched for lawful help and found the law office of Robert David Malove. I contacted him and he promised to have the case dropped and expunged. After 3 weeks, it all went the way he had descried. I am fully satis...fied with his service and I recommend him to anyone in this situation.

Great Lawyer! Great person!

I was charged with 3th degree grand theft. The very next day i went online and start searching for a lawyer. I read reviews and went on Mr.Malove web site. After couple of minutes live chat the assistant transferred me to Mr. Molove. He stayed with me on the phone until i got answers on all my ques...tions even it was 9 pm. I felt secure and i decided to hire him. Next day I met Mr. Malove in his office and after our conversation in person I was sure I made the right decision to use his help for my case. On the very first hearing Mr. Malove made it happened. The State Attorney dismiss my case! Moreover, now Mr. Malove is working on the expungement of the case of my record.
