I had an admittedly tricky case of age discrimination from a very large corporate employer. I was wrongfully terminated because of it and took my case to Mr Cellar’s firm. Despite the fact that I am not the type to sue anyone, and a lot of my evidence was difficult to prove, not only did Mr Cellar a...gree to take my case but aggressively pursued every avenue possible to come to a fair and just outcome. Mr Cellar and his staff always were very professional and always took my calls, and emails and if unavailable at the time, got back to me quickly, answered my questions, and explained all of my options and gave suggestions of options moving forward. A couple of times when I was ready to give up, they encouraged me to persevere. Even tho ultimately we came to a mutual decision to drop the pursuit of my case, it was in N0 WAY for lack of effort on Mr Cellar and his staffs efforts. As the song says sometimes you’ve got to know when to fold em, and in my case, although we both firmly believed I was wronged, there was just too much evidence that was difficult to prove .... so the little guy gets stepped on by corporate America yet again. However Mr Cellar and his staff are the best... I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
