Settlement: I got 25%. They got 75%. I was convinced that judges in my Estate are pro business and I would not have a chance in court. Reality: my lawyer was afraid of the large corporation and decide to be cooperative and surprise me with a low number and 25/75! Shame on them! Should be not legal... legal advisers put them first using their coast as a total to expedise decisions...sure bad decisions for their clients! I woul never get a " contingency free lawyer! Better work with a % suc ess fee them " you only pay if we win " processed...for they will work for them!
