I was put on probation for ten years. My attorney negotiated that I would be able to file for early termination at the half way point. My prior attorney filed for early termination but the court denied it. The state would not agree on it and they said they could deny this if they wanted. They court ...agreed with the state and denied the motion. This is not what I had negotiated and the state was not honoring the intended agreement.
