The prescribed drug mixed with alcohol led to my arrest on a number of charges, one of which was a serious felony. Adam Rossen responded immediately to my predicament. My bond was denied because the arrest happened while I was on probation for a DUI which Adam had already handled successfully. He got... me right out on bond. He then proceeded to work at convincing the DA that I was overcharged. You see, I was so disoriented that I was trying to get into my own apartment... only it was the identical building next door. So the people there were trying to keep me out... obviously they were frightened at my intoxicated manner while I was wondering... “who the hell are these people in my apartment?!?!” Anyway, it was very frightening. But Adam turned me on to a therapist, and counseled me to get a new psychiatrist who altered my prescription. AND the felony was reduced to a trespassing misdemeanor and I got 12 months of probation, AND Adam will revisit the probation in six months to ask for early termination. He helped me out of a really bad jam and helped me get my life back on track. Once I’m back at school, focusing on physics -my major- will be easy after being pulled back from the abyss by an attorney who really cared about helping me, and not just interest in the money.

On Dec 22 I went out for a holiday party after I got off around 1 am. I had a great time with my co workers downtown Fort Lauderdale. We closed it down and started heading home around 4:15. At about 4:45 I got pulled over by FHP on 595. I refused to do a sobriety test and blow. Of course I got arrest...ed for a DUI. I thought my life was over. A friend who had previously been in my shoes reffered me to Adam. He assured me that even in the worst case scenario my life would not "be over" and made me feel a thousand times better. In the end it was dropped down to a reckless and my life is not over.

For me hiring a lawyer even for a non-criminal matter is a stressful ordeal so one can imagine how like a "fish out of water" I felt when it came time to seek out services for a criminal matter involving my son. I was not impressed in the least and put it down to "another swindler out to play us" These are the things I look out for from professionals like these who dont think twice about taking advantage of lay people. With Adam from day one he was professional. He displayed a warm, inviting and open demeanor, which I can now safely conclude is a part of his genuine personality. He was frank and assessed the case for what it was....he told it like it was and gave my son and myself a clear understanding of the matter at hand, the possible ways forward and the possible outcomes. He took the time to explain so a complicated issue was simplified. For him, money did not seem to be the focal issue...dont get me wrong now, he was clear about his fees but was willing to accommodate arrangements to pay. That is something that I sincderly appreciated. During the various stages of the case such as court appearances, he was always forthcoming. His offices made sure we were kept abreast of what was happening and gave us the necessary information and room to give our input on the various choices that were open to us during the whole process. When a major denial came that presented a setback and nearly derailed my son's hope of putting this whole incident behind him, Adam was there with reassurances and a path forward. Thanks to him and his team coupled with both my and my son's determination and perseverance I can say today the experience though not a welcomed one was a good one....Thanks to the powers that be which ensured our paths crossed with that of Adam Rosen and his law firm!!! Keep on keeping on Adam there are people out there waiting for you to touch their lives with hope.
