Excellent work, very knowledgeable

I consulted with Michael Weinstein over the phone about an ongoing criminal defense case that I had been trying to resolve for two-years. After our first conversation I had made the decision to hire his law-firm based on how realistic he was towards my situation(he was also very fair with the pricing... as-well). After hiring Michael Weinstein, he helped me create the right game-plan in-which I needed to resolve my criminal defense case quickly and in a way that I could live without it affecting the rest of my working career. It's also very important to stress the timeline working with Michael as I hired him on the 10th of September and was able to have my case resolved by October the 17th. There's no doubt in my mind that Michael David Weinstein will be the only Attorney that I hire in the future if I ever find myself in need of a Criminal Offense Attorney. Thank-you Michael

Fantastic Lawyer

Michael Weinstein ended up being everything that I could ask for. I researched a couple lawyers and consulted with my top 4 to get an understanding of their approach, what they offer, for what price, and their knowledge and experience with my specific type of case. I met with Michael and got a great ...feeling from him right away. I could tell he completely believed me and would fight to correct my legal issue. His quote was higher than the others but his experience, credentials, accolades, and professionalism really made the difference. Throughout the entire legal process which was well over 18 months he was always a phone call away. Whenever I needed to see him in person he was also available. He's always ready to answer any questions, and showed that he had a full and deep understanding of my case. As well as providing legal guidance he also provided moral support. The case ended with a satisfactory result and I would recommend Michael Weistein very highly to anyone in need of his services.

In a tier of his own

Mr. Weinstein is truly an exceptional lawyer who promises everything that he claims. I was personally in a serious predicament, facing a felony charge as well as a misdemeanor. Michael reassured me that I could get through this without any serious consequences on my record, and was true to his word. ...All charges were dropped, and I did not even have to pay the ticket I was originally issued. This man made the impossible happen. If you are not sure who to appoint for a lawyer, Michael Weinstein is your man.

Fantastic Lawyer for DUI Case, Got Serious Charges Dropped

Michael has been absolutely amazing. I am a full time mom and full time medical student who found myself in a very serious situation when facing a DUI charge from a car accident. I was unable to make all the many court appearances as there was no possible way for me to miss clinical rotations at hosp...itals. Michael appeared in my defense multiple times over the long course of a year so that I could continue school and clinicals but still be making headway in my case. Michael ultimately got all the charges dismissed and everything was DROPPED! His staff in the office always returned my calls and processed all situations when I had to leave the state on short notice with regards to pre-trial intervention permission and court permissions. I would not have made it through school and obtained my degree without his help. He fought hard and made valid points in the case that ultimately lead to the final judgement and it being dropped. If it were not for his savvy knowledge of the law and positive relationships with the judges and state prosecutors I highly doubt the outcome of my case would have been so favorable. I am forever grateful for his help and would come to him with any legal situations in the past. In my experience you typically get what you pay for and I can say with confidence that hiring Michael Weinstein was one of the best investment I have made for my future career and the welfare of my family. If you need serious legal help this is the guy you want on your side!

The very best

I am so happy to have retained Mr. Weinstein with my most recent case. Not only is he responsive and very knowledgable at what he does, he is attentive and does his best to thoroughly explain in detail the answer to any question or concerns I had. I couldn't be any more satisfied with the results I... had in regard to my current violation of probation situation. I walked away with NOTHING! NO fee, NO jail time, NO reinstating of probation! NOTHING! I couldn't thank him enough for what he did for me, not to mention I currently live out of state and didn't even have to appear. He would be the only lawyer I would call if ever I needed one again. Thank you Mr. Weinstein.
