Great results

I retained Mr Weinstein on a felony charge, he reduced the degree and got me probation only, 2 years later we got early termination granted which seemed impossible, thank you Michael

Fantastic Lawyer

Michael Weinstein ended up being everything that I could ask for. I researched a couple lawyers and consulted with my top 4 to get an understanding of their approach, what they offer, for what price, and their knowledge and experience with my specific type of case. I met with Michael and got a great ...feeling from him right away. I could tell he completely believed me and would fight to correct my legal issue. His quote was higher than the others but his experience, credentials, accolades, and professionalism really made the difference. Throughout the entire legal process which was well over 18 months he was always a phone call away. Whenever I needed to see him in person he was also available. He's always ready to answer any questions, and showed that he had a full and deep understanding of my case. As well as providing legal guidance he also provided moral support. The case ended with a satisfactory result and I would recommend Michael Weistein very highly to anyone in need of his services.

Simply The Best!

Michael D Weinstein is a brilliant, expert, experienced and caring lawyer. Mr. Weinstein skillfully handled false and inconsistent accusations which resulted in the best outcome. Case closed! Michael Weinstein is the best

Mr. Weinstein represented me in court for a failure to obey police officer charge, that I was not guilty of commiting. Weinstein presented the case with confidence and knowledge. All the charges were dropped. He is aggressive and highly reliable. He is excellent at what he does and he gets the job do...ne! I would recommend him to anyone whom is seeking reliable representation. Thank you Mr. Weinstein!

Burglary charge

I was been charged with loitering/prowling and possessing burglary tools first offense and I wanted the best then I contacted Michael Weinstein who got the felony burglary charged thrown out and got three months probation for loitering. At the end of probation all charges were dropped.
