A man of his word!!

I was recommended to Michael Weinstein through a friend. And from the first encounter with Mr. Weinstein he has been very responsive and knowledgeable to my case. He gave me his word and I quote "I will fight for you" and that is exactly what he did!! Excellent Lawyer

Unlike ANY other attorney

After dealing with previous attorneys I was extremely worried about being misled by one again. Mr. Weinstein removed all of our anxiety to the best of his ability at all steps of the case. He is truly one of a kind. Mr. Weinstein was prompt, straight forward, professional and patient with me and ...my boyfriend before he was even hired. Upon hiring him, he continued with that same demeanor even after being paid in full. He acted immediately to ensure my boyfriend received the best deal and treatment he could possibly receive from the court system. After everything was finalized, he still took steps to to remove any remaining bumps in the road. One of his greatest assets is how he treats not only the client but their loved ones as well. Mr. Weinstein was expedient with emails and other means of communication and most importantly was truthful about the proceedings of the case from day one. While he defends proposed criminals, he certainly doesn't treat them as such. While he is undoubtedly highly knowledgeable in his field, he demeans neither the client nor their loved ones. While he is well aware the fate and happiness of many lie in his hands, he neither abuses that power, nor exploits vulnerabilities. This kind of respect and kindness is a rarity in today's world. Due to his many years of experience and attention to detail, he knows how to navigate the judicial world in a clever and strategic manner. Mr. Weinstein receives rave reviews both from clients and members of the legal community. He is well-respected on both sides, and rightfully so. If you want a FAIR trial and someone to truly have your back, hire Mr. Weinstein. His fees are definitely reasonable and the level of dedication and passion is priceless.

Grand Theft 2nd Degree

I was recommended bye my sister I was nervous wreck, anxiety never ever been in trouble not even a parking ticket, Mr. Weinstein had me take a deep breath calm down he couldn't represent me if I couldn't trust him , the Staff is awesome treat you like family very pleasant I thank them thank them I... cant thank them enough for not just representing me, keep me calm, calling checking on me during my time of need. I highly recommend him to any one who needs a tough straight forward criminal lawyer I walk out with a slap on the risk.
