Piece of mind

A lawyer who cares

I have never written a review for anything or anyone, I felt compelled to write this one for Michael Weinstien. About a year ago my son was arrested on 2 counts of battery and 1 count of criminal mischief. One of the battery charges was a felony with up to 7 years in prison if convicted. Of course ...my son was innocent, he just needed his day in court to prove it. Michael only made one promise and no predictions. His promise was to work as hard as possible to prove my son innocence. From day one Michael kept his promise. In court he was prepared, confident and organized the delivery of his argument in such a way that it was easy for the jury to retain the information. Michael returns calls and emails quickly, I never felt like our case was not important to him. My son was found not guilty. In a world thats gone crazy where people generally don't care about anyone but themselves, Im lucky to have crossed paths with Michael Weinstein. I hope I never need his services again, but if I do ill know that ill be in good hands because he cares

The best lawyer in Fort Lauderdale

Michael D Weinstein is one if the best lawyer in Fort-Lauderdale. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. In court he dresses very impressively and you can tell he knows what he is doing. He brings me confidence when I needed it the most. I totally recommend Mr Weinstein for any legal matter. His... staff is courteous as well too. He defended me very well and my case got dismissed. Call his office and you will be in good hands.

Great Experience

I had spoken to previous lawyers before going to Mr. Weinstein and he was the most honest and straightforward lawyer I found. He always kept me informed on the status of my case and always gave me options. He never pushed me to do something I didnt feel comfortable doing and was with me throughout th...e entire process. At the end, he ended up getting me the best outcome I could have wanted to the point I got to continue with my normal life and forget about the past. I would recommend him with my eyes closed because I know we will always fight for me to the end and see to it that I get what I ask for. He is a great Lawyer and I am very thankful for everything he did for me.

excellent attorney

Michael Weinstein has represented me eight times in the past four years from traffic criminal to serious felony cases. I would not be where i am today if it was not for him. Michael is very trustworthy and has excellent communication with his clients. He is also well respected in the courts and with ...the states attorneys office. I would never consider hiring another attorney.
