Difficult case with better than expected outcome

Unfortunately, I got a DUI with prior aggravating circumstances. After listening to my mental devastation in my voice (He later told me), Michael took the time on his weekend to visit with me. He was a brutally honest with me about the penalties I was looking at. Which scared me. But he also assured... me that he was familiar with the system and most of the States Attorneys, Judges and court locations we would have to deal with. I was impressed with the level of respect he got from the States Attorney which won my freedom in exchange for probation and several DUI related $ penalties and requirements. I remember the judge also commending him for how he prepared for my case. I guess that helped. You need a lawyer who understands your embarrassment and anxiety. He took my emails, texts and phone calls all the way through. That helped me a ton! Dave

Excellent work, very knowledgeable

I consulted with Michael Weinstein over the phone about an ongoing criminal defense case that I had been trying to resolve for two-years. After our first conversation I had made the decision to hire his law-firm based on how realistic he was towards my situation(he was also very fair with the pricing... as-well). After hiring Michael Weinstein, he helped me create the right game-plan in-which I needed to resolve my criminal defense case quickly and in a way that I could live without it affecting the rest of my working career. It's also very important to stress the timeline working with Michael as I hired him on the 10th of September and was able to have my case resolved by October the 17th. There's no doubt in my mind that Michael David Weinstein will be the only Attorney that I hire in the future if I ever find myself in need of a Criminal Offense Attorney. Thank-you Michael

Fantastic Lawyer

Michael Weinstein ended up being everything that I could ask for. I researched a couple lawyers and consulted with my top 4 to get an understanding of their approach, what they offer, for what price, and their knowledge and experience with my specific type of case. I met with Michael and got a great ...feeling from him right away. I could tell he completely believed me and would fight to correct my legal issue. His quote was higher than the others but his experience, credentials, accolades, and professionalism really made the difference. Throughout the entire legal process which was well over 18 months he was always a phone call away. Whenever I needed to see him in person he was also available. He's always ready to answer any questions, and showed that he had a full and deep understanding of my case. As well as providing legal guidance he also provided moral support.
