Difficult case with better than expected outcome

Unfortunately, I got a DUI with prior aggravating circumstances. After listening to my mental devastation in my voice (He later told me), Michael took the time on his weekend to visit with me. He was a brutally honest with me about the penalties I was looking at. Which scared me. But he also assured... me that he was familiar with the system and most of the States Attorneys, Judges and court locations we would have to deal with. I was impressed with the level of respect he got from the States Attorney which won my freedom in exchange for probation and several DUI related $ penalties and requirements. I remember the judge also commending him for how he prepared for my case. I guess that helped. You need a lawyer who understands your embarrassment and anxiety. He took my emails, texts and phone calls all the way through. That helped me a ton! Dave

Fantastic Lawyer

Michael Weinstein ended up being everything that I could ask for. I researched a couple lawyers and consulted with my top 4 to get an understanding of their approach, what they offer, for what price, and their knowledge and experience with my specific type of case. I met with Michael and got a great ...feeling from him right away. I could tell he completely believed me and would fight to correct my legal issue. His quote was higher than the others but his experience, credentials, accolades, and professionalism really made the difference. Throughout the entire legal process which was well over 18 months he was always a phone call away. Whenever I needed to see him in person he was also available. He's always ready to answer any questions, and showed that he had a full and deep understanding of my case. As well as providing legal guidance he also provided moral support. The case ended with a satisfactory result and I would recommend Michael Weistein very highly to anyone in need of his services.

Michael is an outstanding Lawyer and really cares about his clients. My case was certainly not the most complex or important legal matter that Michael was working on, however he understood that to me how critical critical the case was to me personally. He is extremely responsive and kept me inform...ed throughout the entire process as my case took over a year to be resolved. I had a case that went to trial and Michael was superb in the courtroom. His preparation, knowledge, commitment, and effort was instrumental in the correct verdict of not guilty being rendered. I would without hesitation recommend Michael D Weinstein as the only attorney that you should contact should you need a criminal attorney for either a small or large complex manner.

Micheal Weinstein is truly an exceptional criminal attorney, True to his every word. He took a Proactive & aggressive approach to ensure my rights as a human being were protected, despite all circumstances. Fantastic Lawyer for DUI Case, Got Serious Charges Dropped

Michael has been absolutely amazing. I am a full time mom and full time medical student who found myself in a very serious situation when facing a DUI charge from a car accident. I was unable to make all the many court appearances as there was no possible way for me to miss clinical rotations at hosp...itals. Michael appeared in my defense multiple times over the long course of a year so that I could continue school and clinicals but still be making headway in my case. Michael ultimately got all the charges dismissed and everything was DROPPED! His staff in the office always returned my calls and processed all situations when I had to leave the state on short notice with regards to pre-trial intervention permission and court permissions. I would not have made it through school and obtained my degree without his help. He fought hard and made valid points in the case that ultimately lead to the final judgement and it being dropped. If it were not for his savvy knowledge of the law and positive relationships with the judges and state prosecutors I highly doubt the outcome of my case would have been so favorable. I am forever grateful for his help and would come to him with any legal situations in the past. In my experience you typically get what you pay for and I can say with confidence that hiring Michael Weinstein was one of the best investment I have made for my future career and the welfare of my family.
