Excellent Attorney

I referred Mr. Weinstein to a friend of mine. He was able to get his case dismissed. Mr. Weinstein is very passionate about his work and cares about his clients. He is always there to answer any questions and will give you the best advice. I highly recommend him!!!

Best of the best!

I was accused of a very serious crime for which I could have got up to 30 years in prison. Michael fought the charges and was able to get me 10 years probation, and if no violations I will be eligible in 5 years for early termination of probation. There aren’t enough words to thank Michael for everyt...hing he has done for me and I cannot recommend him highly enough if you are ever in need of a criminal attorney. Also a big thank you to his Assistant Chris!

Michael D Weinstein is by far the best lawyer I ever had, with his high level professionalism, care a...nd compassion he made it possible for me a to gain a second chance in life. This is what makes him stand out among the rest of lawyers I ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and very assertive. He was able to dismiss two cases that were life sentence punishments. He went above and beyond to accomplish the best outcome for my cases and was able to set my mind at ease during the entire process. I highly recommend him, If I can give him 20 stars I would.

Case dismissed

First of all I would like to start out by saying Michael Weinstein has worked diligently handling my case. After 2 1/2 years of pain for a manager and probation fees. Michael prepared a case with several letters of extremely Credible people and my end result was a 2 1/2 year early termination of prob...ation. Thank you Michael and your staff for an amazing job.
