Felony Shoplifting Representation

I was referred to Michael by a prominant corporate law firm in Broward County to represent me in two different felony shoplifting charges in both Dade and Broward County. Michael explained everything each step of the way and handled both cases with the precision of an orchestra leader. He was equal...ly happy to come to Dade County court to make sure he personnaly represented me in front of the judge at each hearing. When I called or emailed with a question, he responded promptly. My case was unusual and involved a question of competency, which Michael was quite familar with the process involved and made sure I stayed calm throughout the ordeal. Since I am a woman, I was concerned about being intimidated by my attorney, but Michael was understanding and respectful.

The PERSONAL Litigator

I selected Michael D Weinsten, Esq., as my attorney slightly more than a year ago. My case concluded in April of 2008. I found Mr Weinstein to be extremely responsive to my questions, immediately available by phone and/or e-mail, and very convincing in his courtroom appearances. Perhaps t...he most important, to me, was his ability to make me feel as if MY problem was the most important matter that he had on his calendar.
