Once he got the retainer, he was much harder to reach, and come to find out, the motion he filed to fix the issue was premature. HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT HE COULD NOT PROCEED WITH OUR COURSE OF ACTION ...BECAUSE THE CASE SEQUENCE HAD NOT ADVANCED FAR ENOUGH FOR US TO DO SO. When questioned on it, he became agitated and refused to accept fault in the matter.
