I hired Dania to modify and defend two loans of mine. Not only did she fail to defend them, or modify my loan, or worse short sale, I ended losing both properties. After notice on each of my cases, I called the bank myself to ask why, and both time and response was my attorney failed to provide do...cuments needed. Documents which I provided many times to Dania. However, she never did anything, rather just give me the impression she was working on my cases. I could had saved my $12k and the outcome would had been the same. terrible lawyer. She seems reputable online, she has books and everything. but dont let it fool you.
