Professional & Responsible

Completely recommended, the attorney and her assistants are serious professionals & accountable people, it has being such a good desition to contract them to help me go trough difficult times (car accident) with no worries about the outcome because they have everything figured out! Great negotiator

I contacted Ms. Pratt because I had a legal agreement to pay off what my car insurance did not cover after an accident. After years of paying what my attorney said I had to, I found out that the total amount was accruing interest at 11%. So my debt had grown from 11k to 18k, to say I was crushed is a...n understatement. My previous attorney (assigned by insurance) told me to pay $50 and forget about it, so my 19 year old self did as he recommended, unaware that my debt was multiplying. I contacted Ms. Pratt for a consult and she was extremely professional and quick to reply. She was kind, friendly, and easy to approach throughout the entire process. She told me that because I had signed the legal document in which I agreed to the terms there was very little that we could do about it. She suggested contacting the opposing attorney and negotiating a settlement to finish paying my debt off. After some back and forth between attorneys, Ms. Pratt NEGOTIATED A SETTLEMENT WITH PREJUDICE AND REDUCED MY PAYOFF BY 60%!!! I could not be happier. She is amazing and extremely hard working person; I do not have enough words to thank her for not just doing her job but doing an amazing one.

Wrong Righted by a Great Attorney

I was wronged by an attorney 20 years ago on a domestic violence case(Aka OJ Time Frame) I was ill advised by my attorney whom allowed my second amendment rights to be but on hold, also causing issues with advancing in management. I reached out to a few friends and they recommended Jennifer Pratt. Sh...e took this on with great passion after hearing what had happened and was like no your my client now and we are going to fix this wrong. She subpoenaed the other party whom immediately started playing the victim again. Jennifer was nice but stern to her attorney trying to get them to work this out. She quoted them numerous law statements in the subpoena and they still didn't get this was going to be fixed one way or the other. I sent her a bunch of evidence that she had not seen and that is she even excelled her passion for the case stating no client of mine would ever be wronged with this type of evidence. She then took of the gloves, confronted the other party and immediately called them out on all the evidence and immediately told them how it was going to be one way or another. They signed the document and I have my 2nd amendment rights back and my name cleared from this wrong injunction. I would hire Jennifer in a heart beat again and I've never met her. This is an attorney that will listen and stand up for what is right for you and the laws laid before us. Jennifer, Thanks and a job well done!

Amazing Attorney and Staff!!

I am beyond thankful for Jennifer Pratt and her staff. Very professional team that spend endless amount of time working on my case and each and every detail to get the job done!
