Prior to my meeting Mr. Gregg my brother had retained him as his attorney on 3 felony charges. My brother at some point was incarcerated with no bond in Dade county jail. I found out after the fact and met Mr. Gregg at one of my brothers court appearances. Mr. Gregg treated me very well and worked... hand in hand with me every step of the way to eventually win the trial. Mr. Gregg understood that my brother could not continue to pay and never tried to pressure me or my family for money, he was very understanding of the situation. My uncle and I put together 1500.00 and paid for an independent psychiatric examination that Mr. Gregg facilitated but that was the only extra money paid. My brother needed a hail mary and Mr. Gregg was quarterback that earned his keep 10 times over. My brother's case went on for two years and Richard (that's what I call him now) was fighting tooth and nail every inch of the way. Mr. Gregg truly cared and it came out in the trial. In my humble opinion he argued and crossed examined every witness as well as I have ever seen it done before for a win. My brother was facing a long time in prison and now is going to be getting out very soon and this all is because of Mr. Gregg. Hands down one of the best attorneys I have ever hired or come across. He genuinely seems to care about each and every one of his clients. Throughout this whole criminal case he has kept me informed about everything going on with my husband’s case. He goes over every possible strategy with us befor...e making the final decisions on how to proceed with the case. I am writing this review because of the unfavorable ones I have seen; the reviews seem to contradict the lawyer that he really is. I am also a single parent for the time being with my husband fighting his case. Mr. Gregg has been nothing but supportive throughout this process; even when it came to working with us on our Attorney fees. Mr. Gregg is actually the second Attorney I had to hire on my husband case. The first well known high priced Attorney we hired was lazy, money hungry and had no regard for our situation. We paid him thousands of dollars and he had done nothing on my husband’s case; except every time we call ask for more money and I mean literally every time we called even after we had already paid the price he agreed on. A year later he still had done nothing filing only a single motion for a continuance. Until this day the previous lawyer had done nothing except take our entire savings. Then someone recommended Mr. Gregg to me as being very trust worthy.
