Excellent Short Sale Attorney

I recommend Attorney Jacqueline Salcines 100 percent!!! Attorney Salcines helped me with with a loan modification last year and was able to get me a large principal reduction and a 2 percent interest rate. She also helped me short sale my Invesment property which we were told the bank would not forgi...ve the balance because it was an investment, but Miss Salcines went to bat for us and obtained an entire forgiveness of the balance. We could not be more pleased. She is personable and very reasonable with Her prices and worth every penny. When you call you get her not an assistant. And she sits down with you and answers your cals even on the weekend. My wife and I recommend her wholeheartedly. She is the best!

Exceeds all Standards & Expectations!!

Jacqueline is by far the most trustworthy and knowledgable attorney in her line of practice, also, the most cost effective. I could not even imagine having anyone else represent us in these difficult times. Jackie is fully attentive to urgent matters and seems to be working 24/7 until matters are add...ressed. Excellent services!!! Highly Recommended!!!

Excellent attorney!

Mrs. Salcines was the attorney that I chose to do my closing. Not only was she responsive but her professionalism went above and beyond. I cannot be happier with my overall experience. I highly recommend her services. I will definitely use her for any future needs.

No nonsense attorney

Jacqueline Salcines represented me in a foreclosure suit in which the opposing counsel tried every trick possible to delay this case. Jacquie would have no part of that and was tenacious in her responses to them. She is also the most accessible attorney I have ever worked with; to the point of answ...ering my emails on the weekend. If you’re looking for an attorney who will get the job done, I highly recommend Jacqueline Salcines.

Jacqueline and her staff are very knowledgeable and thorough.

I want to say that this was one of the toughest parts of my life, but knowing that Jacqueline and her staff had my back made it easier. She might not be the least expensive lawyer out there, but she is worth the money. I trust her and her staff and if I ever have another legal issue, I know that I wi...ll be able to count on her. No matter how bad the Bank wanted to delay this process into foreclosure, she stopped it and made the short sale go through. I was in a short sale process for two years with another attorney, and that attorney ended dropping my case and working for lender institution. Jacqueline took over the case and after two more years, it finally closed. Jacqueline is very diligent and driven. If you ever read this, Jacqueline, Thank you for everything!
