Cash sale for condo in Surfside, Florida

I bought a condo in Florida living out of state and Jacqueline and her team made it a smooth and seamless process. They were on my side and looking out for my best interest the entire time. They spoke with whoever needed to be spoken with - from my mortgage lender to the HOA property manager and foll...owed up promptly to all lapsed e-mail communication from other parties. I felt very confident throughout the entirety of our transaction as they explained everything to me until I understood and even facilitated a smooth final transaction at their office once the mortgage lender fell through and we proceeded as a cash sale - though they offered the convenience of being able to close online with an E-Signature. Jacqueline and her office was recommended to me by my aunt who had a closing with them years past as well and explained how efficient they had been. Next real estate transaction I will easily return. Sooner than that as they will also be helping me put this property into a trust in the near future.

Excellent Service!

I would like to recognize and thank Jacqueline Salcines and her staff for excellent service!! I needed a quit claim deed processed, and Jacqueline and her team made this really easy. Jacqueline went above and beyond and was available after hours via email. She really cares about her clients! When I a...rrived, everything was ready to be signed, and I was finished within 15 minutes. A few weeks later, the deed was corrected on the property appraiser website. Great service and highly recommend!!
