Secured Our Escrow Refund Quickly From Difficult Seller

We contacted Jacqueline Salcines & she responded immediately. We explained our situation, she reviewed our contracts & assured us we were entitled to our full Escrow money returned. She worked diligently sending legal letters & making phone calls to all parties involved. It was a contentious situatio...n because of the personality of the Seller & their Broker. Due to Jacqueline's persistence we were thrilled to receive our full Escrow money within 2 weeks!! She always responded to our emails & calls professionally & quickly. Moving forward, we've learned we would not enter into a home contract without using her.

Real Estate Concern

I consulted Attorney Salcines about a very concerning Real Estate closing. There was a 16K discrepancy in my closing statement and 7 days after the closing, my bank LoanCare) and Title company were pressuring me for collection. Atty Salcines rendered me a consultation in a very reasonable amount of... time. She asked us to follow up on a couple of matters, which we did, and the the concern was resolved. No charge. No Fee. God Bless Atty Salcines.
