Great Service....

We are an Ivy League-trained couple whom recently relocated from Boston to Miami to start our professional lives. Jacqueline helped us with the purchase of an office condo that was in foreclosure. After looking into several attorneys, we decided to hire her based on good online reviews and her area o...f expertise. We had an initial consult over the phone and then in person (not via a paralegal). Her fees were fair compared to other attorneys in the area. She was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Most importantly, she was always available via phone and/or email; most times she would answer email questions within minutes of sending them. We will happily use her services again and highly recommend her.

I have known Jackie for many years. She has represented me in various real estate closings and other matters. She always replies promptly to my emails, always very nice and gets things done.

Great Job!

I was involved in several short sales with one of our large local financial institutions. Jackie was able to navigate the lenghty negotiations in a timely manner and kept my personal interest as her top priority throughout the whole process. The end result was exactly what was set as our goal. Tot...al satisfaction.

Critical at Closing

We hired Jacqueline to represent us in our dealings with a contractor prior to closing. The things that were difficult to navigate prior to hiring her were cleared up the moment we retained her. She reviewed all documents and fees prior to the closing. The net result of having her present at our c...losing was an additional $8100 in our pocket! She knows the paperwork and title process so well that she was able to find things in the documents a novice would never find. My advice would be to pay to have someone represent you when dealing with builders; otherwise you will be giving money to a builder who “'accidentally" charged you for the survey twice for example.
