Efficient, Knowledgeable, and Professional

Ms. Salcines has been my lawyer since 2010. She has been handling my foreclosure case with a tremendous success. She was able to negotiate with the bank institution a great mortgage deal that allows me to continue owning my house. My advice is that if you get into a real state legal issue, do not wa...it. Call Ms. Salcines right away! The more you wait the more rights you're giving up. I would definitely recommend Ms. Salcines to my family and friends.

An Attorney That's Intelligent, Professional and You TRUST is Hard To Find

I feel so fortunate to have met Mrs. Salcines. In less than a week I have had to set appointments for various scopes of law, from real estate to Wills. In every instance her honesty and professionalism has made me feel comfortable that I am dealing with the utmost best in the field of law. In my real... estate dealings she was able to not only save me money but correct any future errors. Plus, saved the deal. I wholeheartedly recommend her in the field of law. She will guide you and protect against errors we accidentally make. The outcome is a worth of savings and peace of mind.

Outstanding Service

I have used Ms. Salcines' services for many years. She has helped me in numerous real estate transactions, and to review construction contracts. She is thorough and professional. We had two cases in which the counterpart did not meet its obligations under the contract, and she set up the cases in ...court and filed law suits. She was very knowledgeable and provided good advice. I was always informed of the case progress and she eventually took the cases through all the instances and appeals until we finally reached a good outcome. Her persistence and attention to detail are her trademarks. She has very good communication, and responds phone calls and emails in a timely manner. She is always well prepared for meetings and does not improvise. Her billing is reasonable and fair, with excellent support for each hour used.

First Rate; Knows Her Stuff

My friend and I came to Ms. Salcines for an appraisal of an out-of-state Mortgage Adjustment wherein my friend was being charged a monthly fee nearly twice what had been agreed to. Ms. Salcines identified the error immediately and in a few phone calls resolved the problem, reducing my friend's paymen...t by some 60 percent and clarifying the contract. We found her to be friendly, courteous and highly professional in manner, and honest, dedicated, and exceptionally effective in practice.
