Best Loan Modification attorney

If you want a great loan modification attorney, you must call Jacqueline Salcines. She not only got us a large forgiveness of our debt with Greentree but also reduced our interest rate to 2%. I am paying so little now and can keep my home. I am indebted to her and her great staff, Kelly and Veronic...a. They provided me with so much peace during this hard process. Miss Salcines always picks up the phone and talks to me. SHe is so knowledgeable in her field with real estate and loan modifications and mortgage. I really recommend her to anyone that wants to save their home.

The best lawyer in Miami

I hired attorney Jacqueline Salcines 6 months ago to help me with defending a foreclosure and processing a short sale. She was very professional and caring. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and sat down with me and explained the entire process to me with absolute conviction and expertise.... She was not only able to get me time in my home while the foreclosure was defended but she negotiated the waiver of my mortgage balance with my lender. She also was able to get us $3,000.00 to move out of the home at closing. Everyone was so happy the buyers even hired her to do their part of the transaction and the realtors recommended their clients. Attorney Salcines is the best there is. The outcome was better than I ever dreamed. Exactly as she advised and I am so happy my friend recommended me to her.

Greatest short sale attorney

Jackie Salcines is a great real estate lawyer and short sale attorney. She really knows her stuff. She helped with a real estate transaction and was there for me every step of the way. When things got complicated and scarry, she was always by my side to patiently explain what I was signing and nego...tiate the best possible outcome with my lender, where they erased my mortgage balance. I am very pleased with her services. I recommend her highly to anyone doing a short sale or a real estate closing.

Excellent Short Sale Attorney

I recommend Attorney Jacqueline Salcines 100 percent!!! Attorney Salcines helped me with with a loan modification last year and was able to get me a large principal reduction and a 2 percent interest rate. She also helped me short sale my Invesment property which we were told the bank would not forgi...ve the balance because it was an investment, but Miss Salcines went to bat for us and obtained an entire forgiveness of the balance. We could not be more pleased. She is personable and very reasonable with Her prices and worth every penny. When you call you get her not an assistant. And she sits down with you and answers your cals even on the weekend. My wife and I recommend her wholeheartedly. She is the best!

Excellent attorney!

Mrs. Salcines was the attorney that I chose to do my closing. Not only was she responsive but her professionalism went above and beyond. I cannot be happier with my overall experience. I highly recommend her services. I will definitely use her for any future needs.
