EXCELLENT CONSULTATION

I spoke with Sherilene Spring (sp?) the Real Estate Attorney at this company. She was knowledgeable, resourceful and generous with providing information on my situation. She did not rush me or make me feel like I was wasting her time with my questions. She was honest in her assessment of the situatio...n, saving me wasting money and energy on actions that would not have a positive outcome. She offered positive negotiation type solutions that were within the reality of the situation no one had thought of, and when I asked for her help, she offered it at an affordable cost. I was very impressed and grateful. If I decide to hire an attorney, she is definitely the one. Her clarity of expression and talent to defuse a tense situation would help resolve anythign she addresses.

Seamless

As the mortgage lender of the client being represented, I found Jacqueline Salcines, as well as her associates, both professional as well as gracious. Indeed, it was a pleasure conducting business with this firm--not my typical experience. Furthermore, in observing the client/attorney relationship,... it was clear Ms. Salcines had developed an exceptional working relationship with the client and one in which he was fully informed of all details related to the transaction. Settlement for 2 properties

Jacqueline executed the settlement of the 2 properties that I purchased in a very professional way. There were a few issues originated on the seller side and Jacqueline approached and solved them very quickly. She was very expedite and supportive. She had to deal with problematic agents from the sell...er side and she perfectly managed them and solved all the problems. Highly recommended!!!
