I had a large financial institution contact me years after they had made an error in my favor. I had pointed the error out to them at the time it happened and they said they would take care of it. Now years later they were expecting me to write a check to cover their years-old mistake. Mr. David made... sure they understood they were barking up the wrong tree and that they should have resolved the issue when I pointed it out. I was sure I was going to be a "little guy" with no hope of arguing against this financial titan. Mr. David made my concerns vanish and I feel lucky to have hired him.
