Simply the best!

Juliana is simply the best. She achieved a successful cancellation of deportation for a family member when every other attorney said it was impossible. I hired Juliana to represent a close family member facing mandatory deportation with unmatched skills and expertise. I consulted with at least 3 othe...r well respected immigration attorneys in South Florida and they all expressed that there was no chance of a positive resolution based on the complexities of the case. But not Juliana. She presented me with a strategy that no other attorney considered. Not only that, it was a well-reasoned strategy and not meant to simply increase legal fees. As an attorney myself I was impressed with her legal knowledge and acumen, her comfort in the courtroom, her strategic approach and her attention to detail. I had the utmost trust in her legal skills from the first time we spoke. She also kept everyone updated on the case and promptly answered all questions. I am beyond grateful for her dedication and care she showed my family. I highly recommend Juliana and her team if you are need of an immigration attorney. Especially if you or your loved one is facing deportation proceedings. Not only that, even if it is a “simple,” matter, she is the person that can get you the best results. I will forever sing her praises because she is the reason my loved one is home with his family.

Attorney appreciation

Juliana is not just a great attorney but a caring person. She’s smart intelligent and a fighter. I trust her with my life because I know she’s fighting for me as if she were representing a friend or family. I so appreciate her because she’s been there everytime I had a question or worried about some...thing with my case. She’s always keeping up with all the current immigration cases and laws. I was with another law firm before and felt like a number but with Juliana Lamardo I know she's looking out for my best interest. They’re not a lot of people much less attorneys that are genuine and sincere but she is most definitely a Champion for the people. I’m thankful and very appreciative that she is my attorney.

Ms.lamardo’s causes me to get deported......

In may 2016 I was detained in immigration and I hired ms.lamardo as my attorney. In our first court date the (ICE) attorney submitted there evidence or a criminal records that they were claiming that belonged to me since I had a private attorney (Ms.Lamardo) the evidence was submitted to her which I ...never physically seen. When ma.lamardo talked I specifically told her that those criminal charges did not belong to me an she responded with a very firm voice that those charges belong to me an she had my criminal background. So In open court ms.lamardo aceptted the criminal charges that belonged to another individual as there my criminal charges. Ms. Lamardo was paid almost $5,000 as a down payment to represent me in immigration after she aceptted the false allegations an criminal charges in open court she convinced me that she can get me a bond because I had no aggravated felony so she submitted motion for bond arguing the criminal charges that did not belong to me(I still have all the motions, transcripts,an evidence to prove what I’m saying) If ms.lamardo was to look over the evidence that was submitted from the ICE attorney she would have seen that the criminal records they submitted belongs to a Benjamin Steven Martinez there was not only his picture of the other individual, but they were also his fingerprints his name and case number that the ice attorney was using to deport me. But my attorney ms.lamardo failed to look over an resubmitted Benjamin Steven Martinez records with my bond motion as my records as she argued for a bond. Then ms.lamardo prolonged 30 days after the bond so she allowed the appeal time to expire so her negligence would not be discovered then she request another large amount of money to continue on my case, when we said we did understand why so much more money so fast she submitted a second form CHANGING her entry of my attorney from entering representing on my proceeding to just bond hearing. I am far from an attorney law is not my line of expertise so it took me a while till I figure out what happened and that the criminal charges where not belong to me. By the time I figured out everything I was order DEPORTED I then Pro Se started studying an firgure out immigration an what ms.larmado did an I appealed my case in the BIA an won my appeal 16 months later......During all of this I cried out to ms.larmado for help fixing the situation an she was very uncaring and unsympathetic and deny me all/any help. Also in the 16 months in a room of 80 detainees I ran in to ALOT of ms.lamardo’s victims. An the complaint goes on and on. I hired an attorney because I needed help an it cause be so much that cannot be replaced I Pray to God that this does not happened to anyone else.....

Above and beyond what anyone could expect from a lawyer

I came to Juliana via a referral from a friend. From the very first phone call she was extremely helpful and detailed-oriented to every word I said. I first called her after a hurricane in Florida and although she out of the office, she asked me to come in to talk about my case the same day. We sa...t down and reviewed my case, which had been botched by my previous lawyer. She took the time to explain the various steps of the case and was extremely clear and honest about the possible outcomes and routes we could take. Most importantly she made my feel like I was in good hands and that there was nothing to worry about. That she had my back. Juliana first set eyes on my case just 5 short days before I was due for an interview with an officer at the Oakland Park, FL USCIS Center. in just 3 short days she had a plan of action and everything ready for the interview. She accompanied me to it and things couldn't have gone better. She was able to discuss the case with the officer and set it on track again with the amended paperwork. A couple of months went by and she kept an eye on the case, keeping me informed every step of the way. On the third month she scheduled an InfoPass appointment to follow up on my case and accompanied me again. The same happened 2 months later. This morning I received a call from Juliana informing me my case had been approved for a 10-year Green Card, even before I received anything in the mail. Juliana is by far the best lawyer I have ever had to work with, and by far one of the best professionals I have come to know. She is caring and understanding of the urgency of her clients case and will go beyond the call of duty to serve her clients.
