We hired Iara Morton's office in 2013 to re-file my husband and my stepson's adjustment because my husband had a divorce that was not valid for immigration. Iara filed the divorce and re-filed the adjustments. Everything was perfect! However, this second time around we had a horrific officer who "int...errogated" us with the most absurd if not irrational questions and demands. Despite living in Orlando, we hired Iara Morton in Miami because of all the excellent things we heard about her. And as expected, after lots of very intense work in putting the case together, we got our L Executive Visa in less than 15 dys because USCIS never sent us any request for additional eviden...ce. My husband and I received our L1 and L2 in December 2013 at the US Consulate in Sao Paulo. Iara is an excellent and highly competent attorney! I also would like to add that though our interview was quite brief and positive at the SP Consulate, the Consul made comments about people who get L visas which may not be legitimate and about professionals who compile such cases.
