I hired Mr. Molansky after consulting with him over an hour and a half about my case. When I called for a phone consultation, after giving him the main details without too much, he took my info and said he’ll review my case from the docket and get back to me that same day. He called me within two h...ours and said he had reviewed my case and he could see that my prior attorney hadn’t done anything in my case and got me the worst possible outcome for someone without any priors. He was surprised. We set an in-person consultation right away. I met him about 3 days later at his office to discuss what I had on my case. I had a DUI and a felony, per my prior attorney’s suggestion, I took a plea when I had provided evidence that could of possibly dropped the felony charge and got me a lower charge on the DUI (as he had said he could do without a problem) as a first offender. Mr. Molansky was very compassionate, caring, professional and thorough with the documents/videos I had. He saw it all without any rush and said he would do all in his power to get me a post conviction relief. He could see that I was not represented well at all. He gave me hope when I thought there was nothing left to do. He has walked me through each step. If he can’t take my call at that moment, he’ll return it that same day or text me or email. But he’s always available one way or another. He’s even called me on a holiday or in the evening when he’s got some time. He lets me know that he’s not ignoring me. He never brushes me off or is in a hurry when we speak over the phone or in person at his office. Always asks if I’m good, if I’m understanding, or if I have any more questions. He’s been wonderful every step of the way so far. He’s the kind of attorney you want to fight for you. He really cares about his clients and truly wants the BEST possible outcome for them. He’s not just taking cases to grow his pockets and then not care at all about his clients. It’s a huge difference from the first attorney I had who didn’t care at all about me (but acted like he did at the initial consultation) didn’t fight for me and was never available after I signed the retainer and paid him. Wish I would of found Mr. Molansky from the beginning of my case. I hired David to handle two cases. A civil case and a criminal case. He handled both cases extremely well that resulted in a positive outcome. I've had to deal with a few different lawyers in Miami and David is by far the best. We hired David in a civil case where our opposition was being represented by one of the top ten civil attorneys in the area. The opposition attorney had not lost a civil case the entire year. Unfortunately, marketing... and "best of" lists are meaningless in the actual arena. The opposition's attorney had plenty of tricks behind the scenes, and the even the judge's refereeing seemed highly questionable at times. However, neither the questionable judge nor the opposition's attorney were any match for David in the open combat that is a jury trial. David wanted to be a trial attorney from a very young age. For David, the legal profession is not a career but his calling. An attorney that is not motivated by the love of the craft will simply not be able to compete on David's level. The only other thing I'd add is that make sure you view your relationship with David as a team effort. If you ask the right questions and assist him in gathering information that is pertinent to your case, he'll be able to focus on his high-level performance in court.
