When I called for a phone consultation, after giving him the main details without too much, he took my info and said he’ll review my case from the docket and get back to me that same day. It’s a huge difference from the first attorney I had who didn’t care at all about me (but acted like he did at the initial consultation) didn’t fight for me and was never available after I signed the retainer and paid him. Wish I would of found Mr. Molansky from the beginning of my case. I was stopped in the Florida Keys and arrested under a DUI charge.
