When I called for a phone consultation, after giving him the main details without too much, he took my info and said he’ll review my case from the docket and get back to me that same day. He called me within two h...ours and said he had reviewed my case and he could see that my prior attorney hadn’t done anything in my case and got me the worst possible outcome for someone without any priors. He was surprised. We set an in-person consultation right away. I met him about 3 days later at his office to discuss what I had on my case. He’s been wonderful every step of the way so far. He’s the kind of attorney you want to fight for you. He really cares about his clients and truly wants the BEST possible outcome for them. He’s not just taking cases to grow his pockets and then not care at all about his clients. It’s a huge difference from the first attorney I had who didn’t care at all about me (but acted like he did at the initial consultation) didn’t fight for me and was never available after I signed the retainer and paid him. Wish I would of found Mr. Molansky from the beginning of my case.
