I was stopped in the Florida Keys and arrested under a DUI charge. The reason I was stopped was because of changing lanes, but after Mr. Molansky reviewed the video and the field sobriety tests thoroughly, the evidence did not justify the traffic stop. It was later viewed as unconstitutional and the ...case did not move forward. I've had to deal with a few different lawyers in Miami and David is by far the best.
