I've had to deal with a few different lawyers in Miami and David is by far the best. We hired David in a civil case where our opposition was being represented by one of the top ten civil attorneys in the area. The opposition attorney had not lost a civil case the entire year. Unfortunately, marketing... and "best of" lists are meaningless in the actual arena. The opposition's attorney had plenty of tricks behind the scenes, and the even the judge's refereeing seemed highly questionable at times. When i needed to swoop in and "save" a friend in a very bad place- David was able to explain all of the legal stuff to me patiently, went to bat in court for my friend, and even provided me with names and numbers of people to help me at my friends' house (i am not from florida).
