Evan and his staff from day one till the end of the case were outstanding. Evan was very personable and gave me a sense of hope and direction. Workman's comp claim

Car accident

Mr. Ostfeld was hired as a result of a car accident that I was not at fault for and caused me injuries. Although the at fault driver admitted to driving with ruined brakes and I lost numerous hours at work/wages, Progressive refused to pay out and Mr. Ostfeld couldn't get enough money to even cover t...herapy. I'm just thankful his fees were covered and after a year and a half, the case is over.

Unfortunately, this review in not accurate. If a case does not resolve for an optimal value, I usually get all of the doctors to seriously reduce and or waive any unpaid balances. The attorney's fees and or costs are also adjusted as a client courtesy. Finally, if there is no recovery, there are no attorney's fees or costs.
