I called Evan for a consultation, to find out what my options are. I'm not even at the point of knowing what my final condition will be. He made an appointment for a phone consult at 2:00, and called at 2 on the nose. He took his time and really explained every aspect of what the choices and the pr...ocesses are. Though I'm not ready to hire an attorney, he offered his support, and suggested that I call back with any additional questions. He made me feel comfortable and in control of my own outcome, and that was important to me. Whether I decide to hire an attorney or not, I will definitely be back in touch with him, if for nothing other than to thank him again. If I do decide to use an attorney there is no question that he is who I will contract with.

When I explained my situation to him about a car accident that my wife was involved in and what the other insurance company offered as a settlement gave me great advice and informed me of my legal rights.
