I no longer reside in KW so when I needed an Atty - my friends were. Adamant about Mr. Fowler; I was somewhat apprehensive about calling due to the good comments ; thinking he was going to be $$. Mr. Fowler was so pleasant on the phone!! I felt his fees were very fair especially all the wrenche...s that got thrown in our path Ugh, But We Made it! And Kudos to Mr. Fowler & his team!!! I was looking for an attorney who could help with a delicate business matter. I was referred to Alan by a friend. Alan meet with me and reviewed my business matter. He accepted the case. He worked very diligently on the case, even so much that he uncovered items that i was not even aware of, that rea...lly helped my case. He worked all details of a highly complicated business matter and broke down my options. Ultimately, Alan and myself came out on the winning side of my case. Without Alan, I would not have received the positive outcome I was looking for. And through this case, I now use Alan on some other legal matters that need attending. I feel I have found my legal council, and will use him in the future. He is also very quick and prompt with all correspondence.

Alan is an honest lawyer with a wide range of experience. If he does not feel comfortable with an issue he will find an expert within his network of experts to get the best answer/result necessary. Alan can be trusted with sensitive topics and he has a warm demeanor to keep me feeling comfortable. ...His demeanor is not intimidating from a client perspective, but you would not want to be on the opposing side of his argument. I am a restaurant owner and I have used Alan for both personal and business matters for the past 2 years. I highly recommend his services.

I will attempt to keep this review as objective as possible. As a current client of Alan Fowler, I must say that this experience is less than satisfying. I will go on record and say that I have never spoke directly with Alan. I have been a client for two months now following my arrest, and I just no...w received the discovery from the state. My first time speaking with any attorney directly under the firm, was a month after my arrest. It also takes the firm about 2-3 days to respond to emails. I often have to resend an email. I currently have several misdemeanor charges that have affected my employment and this firm showed no concern for my way of living. I had to ask about the state attorney's discovery/evidence for a month straight before I finally received it. Alan is often out of the office and the lack of communication with the firm has me currently thinking about replacing them and starting with a different attorney. Im not satisfied with the level of client service. I would not recommend Alan to anyone. Perhaps a public defender would be better ?
