I hired Alan to defend my fiancé from a false battery charge. She was arrested and jailed with false reports from MCSO after reviewing a video from the scene. Because she had a previous record it was assumed she was guilty and we had to prove she was innocent. As much as we are told otherwise. The o...fficer described in the report that my fiancé was the aggressor and committed the battery, when in fact it was the other girl seen on video being aggressive. I would highly recommend him in any instance that cant be resolved by reasoning with the law.

No formal charges were actually even pressed! I did not have to make a court appearance at all, and the ent...ire team helped me stay calm and hopeful when I was freaking out.
