Outstanding Attorney!

MR. Matheny did one of the best jobs ever. I was worried up to my neck, and called out to his firm after hours; to my suprised he called back and was straight on the job. My son had a bench warrant out on him for missing court on a DWLS ticket. Mr Matheny had the warrant lifted and was on the job. Du...ring that time my son was caught again DWLS for the 2nd time, once again he was there to assist. Matheny has been there though it all. If you need someone there not only to ease your pain, but get the job done he's that go too attorney. At the end all charges were dropped totally.

Hit & Run SOLVED

Great person and attorney, helped me finish the job get it off my mind made it easy for me i mean this man is professional and handled it quick as well so I definitley recommend him. Handled a hit a run case for me and justice was served no tickets. No charges. Nothing.

Excellent outcome

Eric is an excellent and trustworthy attorney, and I highly recommend his services. The first time I called his office to inquire he got back to me almost immediately and was equally responsive via phone or email the entire time he worked on my case. He reassured me that he’d seen lots of situations ...like mine and took care of every detail from court dates to expungement. His rates were very reasonable vs. one of the larger firms I’d contacted, and the outcome was worth every dime.

The Best Attorney in South Florida!

Excellence, 5 stars!! Don’t think twice, HIRE NOW!! I hired Eric Matheny at the toughest time in my life facing charges in Broward county that could permanently scar me & force me to relocate my work outside of Florida for potentially the rest of my life. Originally I thought my case would be sma...ll & easy to deal with but my case lasted 5 months with a lot of complicated things to juggle. Throughout this time period I was was continually impressed by Eric’s OUTSTANDING communication, ridiculous amount of extra hard work showing he cared about the result, along with his excellent strategical advice that ended up leading to a big win for my case!!!
