An incredible Attorney that means justice.

I was accused of false accusations and placed with injunction. I had never been in trouble with the law and did not know what direction to go. I knew I had to hire an Attorney to clear my name and not ruin my future. I looked up several Attorneys in the Miami, FL area. Out of 8-10 Attorneys Eric M. M...atheny was the first one to get in contact with me. Eric M. Matheny knew what he was dealing with and was very knowledgeable on what the outcome was going to be. Eric M. Matheny understood the seriousness of these accusations and understood my stress of how it would affect my future. Eric M. Matheny never left me in the dark or did not have an answer to any of my questions or concerns I had. This incredible Attorney was with me along side the whole process. Case was DISMISSED because of Eric M. Matheny passion and love for his clients and work. I highly recommend Mr.Matheny. He got my case dismissed with ease. It was taken care of in a shorter time frame than I expected. Will definitely hire him again when needed, if I have a future case. One of the best lawyers in Florida.

Records Sealed

I was in a minor accident in a drive through one evening and because we never got out of our cars to check the slight bump to the fender, I was held responsible. When the person in front of me got there food and left, they wrote down my drivers license plate and reported me. There was No damage and... I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and the damages were assessed at less then $50. No claims for vehicles or medical were ever placed. So, from this I had to go to court and was charged with a hit and run, which then lead to being charged with; judication withheld. So being devastated that I now have a criminal record, it was killing me! I reached out to Eric Matthew Matheny for help to get my record sealed. He was absolutely amazing. He explained everything so clearly and walked me through the entire process! He answered emails so promptly. I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to get this done.
