Mr.

Professional. Hard Working. Honest. Respectful. Courteous. A good man. These are just a few adjectives to describe Mr. Matheny! I was exceptionally nervous when meeting for the first time. I had no experience with a lawyer or more importantly, the judicial system, process. My knowledge of attorneys ...were based solely on stereotypes and generalizations. My issue was quite serious and I had many doubts, concerns. Mr. Matheny was avaible day and night, to answer my calls, return my emails immediately. His experience and skill shined, as he guided me through the process of what to expect and what will transpire. He did so all while keeping me upbeat and confident. He was right about it all! What I admired most about Mr. Matheny, was his ability to treat and speak with you like an equal. To offer you words of encouragement when you were at your lowest. To be a regular guy, whom has trials and tribulations like anyone. Mr. Matheny fought for me! I truly believe that! He ensured that I would be safe and receive the best outcome. Ethical and professional

Like many people I wish I wouldn't of needed services from a lawyer but being that I did, I am very grateful I had Mr Matheny as my lawyer. Not only is he humble and honest with you, but he is very ethical and professional. He educates you with any doubt or concern you may have and he walks you throu...gh each step of the way, not to mention he is very good at answering you when you reach out to him.

Superior attorney. Professional, driven and courteous.

Amazing!

I met with a few lawyers before Eric, and they all tried to rob me blind, I barely make ends meet and I wasn't sleeping. Until I came across Eric Matheny's information online. When I spoke with him for the first time he some how made me feel at ease, he explained everything from beginning to end with... out sugar coating it, and also made sure I understood he was going to be try his best. He kept me up to date with every single move he made, I was CC'd in the emails he sent out and he would contact me to let me know if he spoke to someone about my case, and he didn't rob me blind he charged fee that I thought was reasonable for a lawyer to charge for my case. I fully 100% recommend Eric to Every one he is amazing! Thank you Eric for all your help in my case!!

A wonderful Attorney

We all make mistakes in our life, especially when we are young. I had an outstanding violation of Probation warrant for over 30 years due to my drug addiction when I was young . I never committed a violent crime. Throughout the last 30 years of my life, I relocated out of the State of Florida and I h...ave become a very different person . I have had a successful career, raised a wonderful son, and have been happily married for almost 22 years Mr. Matheny helped me to resolve this issue quickly and efficiently and got all of the charges dropped, the warrant quashed, and the probation terminated. I have numerous illnesses, some of which do not allow me to travel. Mr Matheny never assured me as to the possible outcome of the case. I appreciated this because every case is different as is with every judge and prosecutor. Mr. Matheny fought for me. He was always in touch with me, and is VERY easy to get a hold of and was always honest with me. I could call him or email him and would get a response within an hour if not minutes. He is a very proactive Attorney and I am completely satisfied with the outcome, it was worth every penny. He is very fair in the pricing of his cases and works very hard for you. The best of all of this is that he is honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and you can count on him to work hard! I cannot thank him enough!!!
