An incredible Attorney that means justice.

I was accused of false accusations and placed with injunction. I had never been in trouble with the law and did not know what direction to go. I knew I had to hire an Attorney to clear my name and not ruin my future. I looked up several Attorneys in the Miami, FL area. Out of 8-10 Attorneys Eric M. M...atheny was the first one to get in contact with me. Eric M. Matheny knew what he was dealing with and was very knowledgeable on what the outcome was going to be. Eric M. Matheny understood the seriousness of these accusations and understood my stress of how it would affect my future. Eric M. Matheny never left me in the dark or did not have an answer to any of my questions or concerns I had. This incredible Attorney was with me along side the whole process. Case was DISMISSED because of Eric M. Matheny passion and love for his clients and work. This man had my future in his hands and he did everything in his power to keep me calm and have justice be served in the correct way. DONT HESITATE IN RETAINING HIM TO REPRESENT YOU!! Eric represented me in my DV case and prior to this I had gone through 2 previous attorneys that I was very dissatisfied with. As soon as I hired him I knew that I had made the correct choice. He is incredibly professional and efficient. Unlike many other attorneys he responds to calls and emails i...n a very timely manner. He drafted motions and documents in a very timely fashion too. He pointed out the pros and cons of my case and gave good, honest advice on how to proceed. Although my case never went to trial,his diligent work ensured that the opposing counsel made a settlement offer prior to court date. He performed a huge amount of work for the money I was charged and unlike many other lawyers is not trying to rip you off. He really cared about my case and went above and beyond of what I expected from him. I would highly recommend that you hire him.

Eric is so attentive, responds so fast, answers any questions you have right away and moves fast! Anything you need he will take care of stress free. A true blessing! I will never go to anyone else, you can always count on him to get everything you need done right away, he does not sleep on anything.... The best lawyer in Miami!! Excellent outcome

Eric is an excellent and trustworthy attorney, and I highly recommend his services. The first time I called his office to inquire he got back to me almost immediately and was equally responsive via phone or email the entire time he worked on my case. He reassured me that he’d seen lots of situations ...like mine and took care of every detail from court dates to expungement. His rates were very reasonable vs. one of the larger firms I’d contacted, and the outcome was worth every dime.
