Records Sealed

I was in a minor accident in a drive through one evening and because we never got out of our cars to check the slight bump to the fender, I was held responsible. When the person in front of me got there food and left, they wrote down my drivers license plate and reported me. There was No damage and... I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and the damages were assessed at less then $50. No claims for vehicles or medical were ever placed. So, from this I had to go to court and was charged with a hit and run, which then lead to being charged with; judication withheld. So being devastated that I now have a criminal record, it was killing me! I reached out to Eric Matthew Matheny for help to get my record sealed. He was absolutely amazing. Best Criminal Defense Attorney!

Eric consulates me about a case that was hindering my ability to get my license in another state. I came to realize that the case was couple years old and head a bench warranty. 4 Felony Charges Dropped/Expunged

I was charged with possession with intent to purchase cocaine (2nd degree felony) possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence, and possession of false identification (all 3rd degree felonies. Eric not only got my charges completely dropped and expunged but reduced much of the stress that is expect...ed with this process. He was always available to give me updates on my case or answer any questions i had. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
