Exceptional DUI Representation

When selecting an attorney for my DUI arrest, I sought to find counsel that would tell me what I needed to hear, as opposed to what I may have wanted to hear. Additionally, in having to address a very disturbing event and extremely foreign process, it was crucial that I found an attorney who could na...vigate those waters with confidence and ease. Knowledgeable and Efficient

Eric Matheny is a consummate professional. During the initial consultation, he made it a point to give me the necessary space to express my concerns while simultaneously wasting no time getting to the heart of the matter and offering a viable plan. His retainer fee and terms of representation were ...quite reasonable. Further, he prepared a technical pleading that was eloquent and concise, a good sign of expertise. At the hearing, Eric was punctual, well-prepared, and persuasive. Ultimately, the court granted the motion.
