HTO request

Eric was amazing I was worried that I was going to lose my driving privileges for 5 years. He quickly calmed me down ask me to explain the situation and told me that he would be able to take care of it. The court system took longer then expected but even with that Eric stayed in constant contact with... me to reassure me that he would see the matter until it cleared. I’m happy to say because of his swift movement and expertise i have nothing to worry about. Thanks you so much Eric if anyone is in need I recommend him 10/10 hands down. !!!!!

This man is awesome but

Mr. Matheny has been a blessing. I found him by recommendation via word of mouth and he lived up to every word, and then some. Helped me to resolve my issues( which were complicated and extensive) in less then 10 days and my life's looking up and back on track. I am not the most technologically savvy... person but where I dropped the ball Eric picked it up, and made sure we found a way to complete the task at hand in a timely and efficient manner. I never had to hunt him down or harrass him for updates, he is always good about contacting you regarding updates, changes, and/or decisions that need to be made.. and if you happen to need him, his calls are always forwarded to a person not a voicemail, and he always calls back.. this is a knowledgeable, honest, and respectable person. He has your back, and best interest in mind... Plus, HE DOES HIS JOB VERY WELL

Fantastic experience!!

I called Mr. Matheny on a very late night in regards to a hit & run accident, sure enough the very next morning I was receiving a phone call directly from him where he made sure I understood all the details and felt confident enough in allowing him to work on my case. He was very reasonable with the ...price and contacted me throughout the whole investigation whether it was by phone or email but I was always aware of the process of the case. I absolutely admire his dedication to his clients and his work ethics just as much as his great and friendly personality. If I ever need a lawyer I will definitely be contacting him again. My case is now closed, with no fault and no tickets on my license, everything resolved within 2 weeks!!

Excellent attorney.

I recently dealt with a situation in which I was being investigated for a potential felony charge. I am located out of state, so the thought of having to travel back multiple times for appearances, a potential trial, etc. was quite stressful. From the moment that Eric took my initial call, he was ver...y transparent about the enormity of the situation, but also provided me with a great sense of reassurance regarding more positive outcomes. He was in contact often throughout the case and provided updates promptly when he received them. Eric worked closely with the prosecutor to present evidence that charges were unwarranted that ultimately led to a complete dismissal of the charges. I could not have asked for a better outcome and I appreciate the hard work that Eric performed on my behalf. Excellent

Eric Matheny handle my sons criminal case in which he was being falsely accused. His services are amazing. The moment We walked into his office and had our first consult I knew everything would be ok. He explained step by step how the legal process is and made sure we understood everything that was h...appening. He answered all of my calls and text, even checked in several times during the week to update us. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to family and friends.
