Outstanding

My son got into alittle trouble while on spring break in Florida. He received a 6 month program. My son has no criminal record and he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He completed his 6 month program, so we wanted to get his record clean again. We didn't know how. We contacted a few attorney...s in Florida and Mr. Matheny was a "god sent". He explained what we needed to do, what he would do for my son and how long the process would be. Well Mr. Matheny stayed in contact with us at every thing he did. My son's record is expunged and we as a family are extremely grateful for great work he did for my family and most important my son. Also we live in New Jersey and communicated via phone and mail only. Mr. Matheny is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you

Legal Services

We retained Eric to represent us concerning a claimed "battery of a Police office" by my wife. He was diligent and responsive. As we reside outside the USA he negotiated with the presiding judge without our direct involvement up to the court appearance. He was able to commute the potential prison ...sentence to community service which can be served in our country of residence. We highly recommend him and would not hesitate to supply a personal reference concerning his professional conduct and compassion. Having dealt with several lawyers with varied levels of satisfaction in the past (not for the same problem) he restored my faith in his profession. If you want the best look no further.

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED !!!

I contacted Mr. Matheney for representation to help me Expunge an old charge on my record. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process and handled everything in a professional and timely matter. He was very positive and he had complete knowledge of the process and the outcome was every...thing and more he had advised me on the first consult. I am very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney for representation.

I STRONGLY recommend Attorney Eric Matheny!

I wanted to write this review for people in need of a criminal defense attorney. I remember consulting with approximately 10 different criminal defense attorneys in Miami and I ultimately decided to hire attorney Matheny. Attorney Matheny treated me as a "human being" not a criminal, and trust me ...you need someone who will fight for you ( which is exactly what attorney Matheny did for me). It has been approximately two weeks since my charges were dropped and I finally realize that I got my life back!. I am writing this because I now know how serious and scary it is to face criminal charges and I don't wish it on my worst enemy. My advice: if in trouble, do not risk your life with a public defender. There is NO way you can live a normal life with a criminal record, this is not the place to risk. During our first meeting, attorney Matheny evaluated my case and gave me his honest opinion about the "most" possible outcome in a realistic manner. I am so grateful for his help, I got my life back. I remember the person who recommended him told me "Eric Matheny will be on top of your case". I now see how true that was. You owe it to yourself to at least meet with him.

A true Lawyer, Very honest, and a great person!

I don't know where to begin. Eric Matheny is an exceptional lawyer! He has processed my case with attention to detail. I had an indefinite restraining order put against me and needed it off my record because it was negatively affecting me. I got pulled over and it would come up on my record and for ...job clearance also. He called me multiple times during the whole process, even when waiting for a court date. He was very well prepared on the court date, and an excellent speaker. If you are looking for a true professional call Eric Matheny.
