Great attorney

I was being charged with a hit and run because apparently someone had wrote my license plate number and filed a police report stating I hit them. So a police detective reached out to me first to resolve this matter via the insurance but then eventually he started threatening me stating he calls my i...nsurance and no one helps him. He told me if he had to call one more time, that I'd be in trouble and could even face arrest!! So at that point I decided to hire a lawyer, and I found Eric. He was great he told me he would be there every step of the way even if he had to go down to the police station with me. He told me if I had any concerns to call him anytime day or night. Took a huge weight off my shoulder, especially since I've never had a problem with the law. All the calls and threats from the police stopped and he got the case dropped in the end. Very easy to work with and very reasonable. I'd recommend him.

Best Lawyer in Miami

This is not being posted by Attonery Matheny's offfice either!!!! Eric Matheny is a damn good attonery he is classy, smart, and he really knows the law. He got me out of a pinch in a very quick timley matter. I called mutiple lawyers before I called Eric and all of them were very agorrant and had a c...ase of the Miami Ignorance thinking because my case was not a murder trial it wasnt important enough to recieve there help. Eric didnt need my case because he was desperate for work he has a great esume that speaks for itself. Attonery Matheny cares about his clients and whatever type of case you bring to him he do what he can to help you. Please contact him if you need a lawyer you will not regret it.

Review

In a stressful and confusing time Eric was like a breeze of fresh air. He made everything very clear and easy to understand and always kept me up to date with any changes. He was also available to talk to whenever I had any questions. I would definitely use his services again if needed and recommend ...him to anyone. He truly is a fantastic lawyer.

Amazing representation

I was charged with three felony charges related to check fraud. Eric used his expert knowledge to help resolve the charges with one day of jail served on the day that I surrendered myself to have charges filed. The three charges were resolved with conv-cte, Noll pros. And the third charge as No Act...ion. If convicted of all three charges, I would have faced about ten years in jail. Needless to say, I am quite pleased to have this resolved and behind me having served less than a day in jail. Eric is a great lawyer. Communications through out the process were extraordinarily. Eric was confident that would be resolved favorably and indeed it was.

HIGHLY Recommend!!!!!

When in a situation should you need the services of a criminal attorney, Eric Matheny is everything you need in these trying times! Eric knows his way around the various S. FL courtrooms and the judges, prosecutors, etc. In my opinion and that of others in the legal profession, this is imperative a...nd extremely helpful. Eric definitely was able to achieve a great result. Another critical attribute of Eric's is his accessibility...better than ANY attorney in any field of expertise, not just criminal when it happens to matter the most. He takes phone calls IMMEDIATELY...even if you just have questions or want updates. If you don't try calling Eric, Eric is calling you, unprompted, just to keep you informed.
