Excellent

Eric Matheny handle my sons criminal case in which he was being falsely accused. His services are amazing. The moment We walked into his office and had our first consult I knew everything would be ok. He explained step by step how the legal process is and made sure we understood everything that was h...appening. He answered all of my calls and text, even checked in several times during the week to update us. I would definitely hire him again and refer him to family and friends. I’m greatful for everything that he has done.

All i can say about him is ""WOW"

Eric M. Matheney was born to be a criminal lawyer. While most lawyers i spoke to, were hardly reachable or made the secratary take your messsage and may be hopefully get back to you the same day. Or talk money before even hearing your story, Erric Matheny first listens to you, mostly picks up the ...phone himsel and always there to take your call if not call you himself within minutes. i was impressed with him from day one. His presence his attention his advices his sharpness his experience made my case go from a felony one to a dismissed one. i am just impressed or rather blown away by his dedication. I take my hat off to you Mr. ERIC M. MATHENEY WOW!!!!!!!!! Reliable and Responsive Lawyer

I can only say good things about Eric Matheny. I read his article online about the Expungement Process in Florida and I called him for a consultation. Since the very first moment he took his time to explain to me about the process and responded to all my questions with patience and clarity. I de...cided to hire Eric for an Expungement case and he kept me updated every step he made; he was also always available to reply to my questions. Bench Warrants

I was worried and frustrated after finding out I had TWO bench warrants from eleven years ago. I live out of state and thought the cases were handled back in 2007. I was unsuccessful in handling the situation myself over the phone, so I started researching lawyers. Eric Matheny had a bunch of reviews... and was highly rated online. Now I know why! He was able to reset my court cases. Within 24 hours I had two new court dates. He went to every court date. Had my warrants removed and my cases dismissed. I didn't even have to fly across the country to make a court appearance. He handled everything perfect. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most important he kept me informed on everything and did everything he said he would do. I think that was my biggest fear. "Paying someone to do something, and they take your money and not do what's promised." He didn't do that! He was very professional. He did everything in his power to help me! I highly recommend Eric Matheny.
