I am posting this in order to thank John for all of his help. I was facing felony charges due to political decisions of the powers that be to file. John was there through it all. His strategy is incredible it was like he was playing chess while the other guys played checkers. He never wavered in what... he said would happen and it did happen. John was able to get all charges dropped. It is not just his skill that makes him good, it is his caring spirit. He gets a fire lit under him when he feels like the state is being unjust or if he feels like you are being taken advantage of like in my case. John has saved me when i was 15 by getting a misdeminor dropped for fileing a false police report. Then again at 16 for reckless driving, they held it off my reccord, and i only had to pay 260 to the court then again when i was 19, i was arrested for 2 counts of burglary, 1 grand theft, and 2 f...elony crim mischief. total i was looking at 42 years. when it was all over every felony was dropped, i got a petty theft and a misdeminor mischif, BOTH WERE HELD OFF MY RECCORD TOO. and 9 months regular probation. I was sitting outside my courtroom in Kissimmee crying because the deputies would not let me stay inside with my baby. Mr. Gillespie came up to me and asked if I was OK.
