Impressive and Down-to-Earth

I just had a remarkably pleasant exchange with Mr. Miner himself—not an associate, not a paralegal but the man whose name is on the law firm. I was recently involved in an auto accident which, because of no bodily injuries, has fallen through the cracks of how to litigate since the other party’s insu...rance company is breathing down my neck to settle by totaling my pristine vehicle. To my surprise, this is not something attorneys take on but Mr. Miner and I talked—actually talked. That alone helped me understand what I was up against and it really did give me some peace of mind. Although, it wasn’t Mr. Miner’s type of case, he bothered to phone me and discuss it. That is the type of professionalism and honesty which is impressive—and I’m not easily impressed. Were this the type of case, Mr. Miner specializes in, I have no doubt that he would be the one to have on my side.

Very professional and helpful

Great Job

The first time I used Mr. Miner, I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He and his paralegal, Stephanie Raghunandan were always available to answer my questions and if busy would promptly returned my calls back. They are both very knowledgeable and was easy to relate to. I was ...so impressed that the second time I was involved in a car accident, I immediately turned to Mr. Miner. Both times I was very pleased with the outcome.
