I consulted with this lawyer, and the advice he gave me was illegal and could have wound me up in jail, or on the receiving end of a bad lawsuit. The worst part is he was very confidently and arrogantly giving me illegal advice until I checked him on it and we read the statute together out loud a...nd he must have realized how poorly that made him look so he got frustrated and told me I could do whatever I want and thats what attorneys are for. I would only hire him if I in fact wanted to go to jail. He is also really rude and his office is unprofessional and couldn't even keep track of his appointments.

Mr. Lippman has represented members of my family in both criminal and civil matters, and both times the cases were resolved as well as could be reasonably expected. We also suggested him to a friend of a friend who needed a lawyer for a DUI (while driving drunk hit a street sweeper). That case was ...either dropped or went to a diversion program. I would recommend him for cases big and small.
