Collaborative counseling for divorce

I was given Aubrey Ducker’s contact information from a friend and found him to be just what I needed. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, committed to helping me find my way through the legal system via the collaborative process. He was never too busy to answer my MANY questions always getting back ...to me whenever needed and made the journey from beginning to end with me every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation … you will not be disappointed.

Reliable and Caring Attorney Aubrey Ducker

Aubrey Ducker is a dependable, reliable, and proactive attorney who really cares about his clients. I used him in a guardianship case, and he proved to be truly effective. He returned all of my calls and emails within 24 hours and always had a solution to every problem. He remained positive and calm ...throughout the entire case, and always remained confident that we would win. He is a very compassionate person who is very passionate about his job. His fees are reasonable, and you can count on him to get the job done. I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal help!!

best in town

I refer Mr Ducker to everyone I know who needs an attorney. Mr Ducker is very "real" with his clients which is definitely a plus for me. At the same time he cares about his clients and truly has a passion for his profession. I have been working with Mr Ducker for over two years now and have not had ...one complaint.

The Worst Attorney Ever!

Beware of this guy. He is out strictly for working the process as slow as possible while billing you to the max. Run in the other direction to any other attorney in the area. He will blatantly disregard what you are trying to accomplish. My struggles were specifically in the area of guardianship.... He ended up costing me the guardianship case where we had opportunities to win it along the way if it had been with any other minimally proactive attorney. He should be locked up for thievery, nothing honorable or lawyerly about this guy.

Do NOT Hire

We hired Mr. Ducker for a very simply, uncontested guardianship case for $4000.00 in September of 2016 for a family member with minimal monthly social security income and no owned property after a sudden traumatic brain injury. After three and a half months, and two cancelled hearings, we were no cl...oser to helping our suddenly disabled family member than before representation. We informed Mr. Ducker that our family member's social security was being stolen, and that his apartment was being illegally accessed, yet there was never a sense of urgency with him. The saddest part was that our relative languished in the hospital for this entire time, as we were unable to transfer him, change his insurance or get him improved medical care. After all of this time, our relative now needs total care in a nursing home at the age of 63. Mr. Ducker allowed two hearings to be cancelled, never notifying us of either cancellation, one of which we spent an exorbitant amount of money to travel to from out of state. He never returned phone calls, never kept us updated or apprised of changes, and never gave us the promised monthly statements to see just how our money was being spent. He was easily intimidated and allowed false evidence to be presented to the court by our family member's court appointed attorney. His level of incompetence is absolutely astounding. We had to fire him and hire another attorney who then informed us that none of his petitions were not properly filed. We STRONGLY suggest that no one ever hires this "attorney" for ANY case. How anyone can take advantage of families during such a turbulent time is unconscionable. How he remains in practice is a mystery. We reported Mr. Ducker to the Florida Bar Association.
